How Voice works
Voice is a job board where long forms are replaced by a conversation with an AI assistant. Speak or write in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English, German or Romanian.
Post a listing
Say whom you are looking for or what job you want: “I need two painters in Warsaw from Monday, 35 zloty an hour”. The assistant sorts it into fields — city, type of work, pay, start date — and asks only for what is missing.
Before publishing you see the finished listing and confirm it. The assistant writes the text in 6 languages right away, so people from different countries understand it.
Find a job or a worker
Ask in your own words: “Is there warehouse work in Gdańsk?” — the assistant finds matching listings and shows them with a phone number. All active listings are also open in the “Jobs” and “Looking for work” sections.
What it costs
Up to 3 listings at a time — free.
Conversation with the assistant is paid from your account balance — by message volume; the cost of every reply is shown in the chat.
After registration you get a welcome bonus — enough to try it out.
Validity and changes
A listing is active for 14 days. You can change, renew or close it at any time — just tell the assistant.
Contacts and privacy
Only logged-in users see the phone number in a listing. Your name and e-mail are not shown in listings.
