Who processes your data

What data we process
Account data: e-mail, first and last name, country, phone, password hash, interface language.
Listing content (city, district, field, description, languages, phone) and conversations with the assistant.
Internal account operations and top-up requests.
Technical data: IP address and request times — to prevent abuse; service logs.
Purposes and legal bases
Running the service — accepting, publishing and matching listings, maintaining the account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).
Security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
AI processing of messages
So that the assistant understands requests, your messages, listing data and profile data (name, phone, country; not your e-mail) are sent to the AI provider DeepSeek. The provider’s servers may be located outside the EEA.
If you speak by voice, the audio recording is sent for speech recognition: OpenAI. It is converted into text; we do not store it.
For listing matching, the provider receives listing descriptions only — no phone numbers or e-mails.
Do not write data in the chat that the listing does not need (ID numbers, card details, etc.).
Who sees your data
The description and phone of an active listing are visible to users it is matched with. Reviews are not published — only the administration sees them.
Recipients: hosting provider, AI provider, e-mail service. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Assistant conversations — up to 30 days, then deleted automatically. Listings — until you delete them. Account — until deletion.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, restrict or object to the processing of your data and receive a copy of it.
You can delete your account with all data in your profile at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
